Sessions Times.....

We train on the following days:

Adults (16 - Onwards):

Saurdays: 9am - 10:30am

Tuesdays: 7.00pm - 9.00pm

Older Children (11 - 15 Yrs):

Saturdays: 9:00am - 10:30am

Tuesdays: 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Young Children (5 - 10 Yrs):

Saturdays: 10:30am - 12:00pm

Tuesdays: 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Wednesday: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
